Accounts & Administration Assistant
Wilmots is a friendly and highly regarded firm of Solicitors seeking an efficient and capable person to work within its accounts/administration department. The role is split into two functions:
- Accounts Assistant – This role would include assisting with the full spectrum of accounts functions within a law firm. Unless Legal Cashier qualifications have already been achieved (or experience gained as a legal cashier) , there is a requirement for the successful candidate to undertake the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) training courses as identified by Wilmots and study for the ILFM Diploma, under a Training Agreement. In addition, full on the job training will be provided for the right candidate. This element of the role would suit someone who has accounts knowledge or experience and is looking to develop their skills.
- Administration Assistant – A range of office administration functions suiting a well organised and efficient individual with a good grasp of the Microsoft Office suite as described below. Occasional assistance with reception duties.
